Very Busy Day

Today. Have a heavy rain morning until evening. I start to open my shop ( Electronice Shop ) about 9am. Start to design few electronice project then receiver a call from a Swiftlet Farmer that asking for my opinion on 2 land that he want to buy. So , we went to take a look about 4PM.

The first one is located at Napoh near Bukit Kayu Hitam. About 20 minute drive from Jitra. The size of the land is about 22k s/feet. This land is a free hold land and the advanced of this land is in a single geran.
This land is a 'Tanah Padi' and besides this land both side have a small kampung road. Is a open land also but about 500 meter from this land is a 'Kebun Getah'
We do the bird test there about 2 Minute because the heavy rain is coming . There about 7 swiftlet is flying on the top. The price is RMXXXXX.XX

The second one is located at Pulau Nyior ( Not a Pulau but just a place name only ) Kedah. This place is about 10 minute drive from Jitra Kedah. Size of land is about 9k s/feet. This land is a high ground land. around there have a river and have a large open area that is planting with watermelon. About 500 meter have a BH but not a very success BH. We can not do the bird test due to rainning. The price is RMXXXXX.XX

After that , we went to one of my friends new BH. The woker still busy on the nestting plank installation. This BH is design with a open roof type with the hall design. After we bincang-bincang , we asking the woker to install the nestting plank with a small box of 2 X 4 feet.

After visit this BH , we go to AS for a dinner and then back to home. What a busy day. I will post the pictured of the land a the new BH soon.

Swiflet's House Design

Above is the design of one of my BH. So for the expert , please give me some comment. thank.

This BH is a low cost BH. So the size of this building is only 19 feet by 54 feet. Why 19 feet, because the lenght of the steel is 39 feet. So if we want to build a BH, we need to know the material also to save us a lot of money. So 19 feet is actualy 39 / 2 .

The red color is a water pool.

Hello

I am a new guy in the swiflet farming industries. My english is not very good , so, if my spellling is wrong, then please do not laught a me. HA HA.! !!!!!

I start to write this blog because i wish to know a lot of swiflets farming in the world so that we can keep in touch. And besides that wish to express my feeling about swiflet farming.

I am from Kedah Malaysia. Own X BH at this area but all is JV ( Joint Ventured ). However, not all of my BH is very sucess , few of them only got not more then xx pcs of bird nest about 2 year.

I already joint a lot of seminar and one of them is the Pak Hen one that already done at Pontianak. We go there together with our SWIFLETS BLOG STAR MR HARRY.

So , i wish to share my Experience with all of you.
